Image inspection equipment for crimp terminals that supports “high speed, inline, and total count.” Various inspection tools detect crimp defects on the spot!
- A high-speed shutter camera is installed in the wire transport path of the automatic crimping machine. The space-saving optical system is not affected by ambient light.
In addition, the crimping status of all terminals can be inspected visually without stopping the machine. - If there is enough installation space (approximately 40 mm), it can be retrofitted to an existing automatic crimping machine.
- It is possible to check for missing strips on the outgoing wire transport path (additional lighting required).
- On the return journey, inspection is carried out for crimping errors.
- It trains on up to 300 good product images.
- Special averaging process ignores small variations and captures only defects.
