- By creating a control environment uniquely designed by KODERA, the time it takes to complete startup after powering on has been dramatically reduced compared to conventional systems.
- The power supply system and control board have been completely redesigned, improving stability and expandability.
- The use of three independent blades for cutting, leading edge stripping, and trailing edge stripping has enabled further quality improvement and faster processing speeds.
- As with the conventional C551S series, a center blade only processing mode can be selected, allowing processing according to the characteristics of wire materials, etc.
- In addition to the conventional air blowing mechanism, the coated dust is now constantly sucked up, making it less likely to scatter.
- A safe design that follows the mechanism of the reliable C551S series.
- Standard equipment includes a collector with wire presence sensor CN-4503B, a terminal reel stand (RSB or URSB), and a signal tower.
- Supports maintenance work and equipment upgrades using the same consumable parts as conventional models.

It has three independent blades: a leading stripping blade, a cutting blade, and a trailing stripping blade. In addition, the new “cut after peeling” mode has been installed, which has drastically reduced the trouble caused by strip dust remaining on the blades.

Separate dust boxes for the front carrier dust, strip dust, and rear carrier dust. Strip dust is prevented from scattering by air blowing and powerful suction.

The newly designed electrical system shares some of the power supply system and control board with the C551HXG, achieving higher stability and reliability.
