Automatically measures the wire fastening strength of crimp terminals
- Set the wire into the one-touch terminal and wire clamps.
- If a break in the wire is detected, the device will automatically stop and display the peak value.
- In hold mode, tension is applied at the set tension for the set time, and a pass/fail judgment is made based on whether or not there is any breakage.
- The motor pulls the wire at a constant speed and automatically detects any breakage.It is possible to measure various terminals such as box terminals, tab terminals, and pin terminals.
- The wire clamp can clamp thin wire (0.05sq) to thick wire (5sq) with a single touch.
- It is compact and can be placed anywhere.
